Purpose Statement
Willi Tigers Netball Club will provide an environment where netball is fun and accessible to all families. 
 
Vision
Willi Tigers Netball Club will work to develop a lifelong love of Netball enabling players, coaches, and umpires to be the best they can be now and in the future.  With others, we will work to improve our local sporting facilities for today’s and tomorrow’s families.
 
We Value
Inclusiveness
We will offer an environment where all players, coaches, umpires and families are embraced and included as a part of the Willi Tigers Netball Community. 

Sportsmanship
We will foster a culture of good Sportsmanship.  Be renowned for our positive, fair, respectful and gracious behaviour as players, coaches, umpires and supporters. 

Enjoyment
We will create an environment where sport is fun, friendships are developed and participants want to “stay in the game”. 

Success
We will celebrate success in its many forms as individuals, teams and a Club.   We will continuously improve our players, coaches, umpires and our club.
